    #1  CALL US AT 1-352-591-1130 MONDAY- FRIDAY 10-6 TO GET AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) AND RETURN LABEL. NO PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED BACK WITHOUT A RETURN NUMBER AND OUR LABEL.

    #2  THE MATERIAL RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE (U.S.) AND BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR RESALE. WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK ANY MATERIAL ONCE USED.   ( NO EXCEPTIONS )

    #3  THE MATERIAL RETURNED SHOULD BE SENT CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. YOU MIGHT WANT TO SEND IT INSURED AS WELL IN CASE IT BECOMES DAMAGED IN SHIPPING SO YOU CAN BE COMPENSATED*.

    #4  ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE ON THE TOTAL ORDER AND WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS.

    Adjustments to an order are allowed during the first 30 days of a purchase.


    We now offer a 3-year guarantee on all audio and video products we sell. If during the first 3 years from the original date of purchase, any audio or video product we sell shall be proven to be defective (excluding commercial use) we will at our option and expense, replace or refund the cost of said item or items. There will be no additional charge what so ever to the customer.

     

    IF ANY OF THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED, A CREDIT OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

    By purchasing these materials, I the customer acknowledge I have read and understand the return policy, and I will strictly adhere to this policy, if a return should become necessary.
